HOW MUCH DEPOSIT WILL I HAVE TO PAY AND WHEN?
You will be required to pay a 10% deposit or bank bond of the purchase price upon signing. The deposit is on an interest bearing account which will be used for the balance of the purchase price only payable until completion and settlement time.
WHERE IS THE DEPOSIT HELD?
The deposit is held in the trust account of the Vendor’s solicitor firm Alice Lawyers until such time as the terraced houses are completed, a Title is issued and when settlement is called for. Your deposit can only be used for the purchase of your home and cannot be used by the developer.
WHEN WILL CONSTRUCTION BE COMPLETED BY?

WHAT KIND OF TITLE WILL MY TOWNHOUSE HAVE?
The terraced houses will each have a Fee Simple Title - Freehold. There is no Body Corporate required.

Purchasers will be kept informed of regular progress/updates during construction throughout this website.
